As an owner of a small company with only one employee. I need to save every penny I can when it comes to credit card processing. When Merchant Direct called me I treated it like any other call and blew them off. With persistence they earned a chance at my business with claims they would save me 25% of what I was paying now. They helped me with the switch which I couldn't have done or wanted to do myself with very personal service till I was satisfied with everything.
